i wonder , in my musics, can I use 2 "bass-line"?

I think that some music maker use 2 lines of bass, one more low, and another bass line complement higher (in octave).
Is that right?

Yes.
You'd need precise eq/compressor work to make it word well, though.

I often use 3 or 4 in fact... and have heard pro tunes do the same.
Like Mike says... u will need to pay attention to EQ... but if u choose the right sounds in the first place... u might not necessarily need to actualy use very much.
Also do the simplest thing , and dont have them all happen at once. a classic technique is to have one deep one running constantly, with a "collage" of "bass events" on top.
