Noise with resonance filter?
It sounds more like a saw osc with pitch modulation, your typical psyfart that is.
edit: nvm, heard another sample goin on in the background. and that would be noise with resonance indeed. |

i'm quite sure it's low note of saw with maximum fm on it. bandpass and high pass with high resonance. |
