healing with sound..
i know that there are things such as alpha, beta, gama & tetha frequencyies and im also awere that the knolodge about this issue may be very blur and not so credible so far, but im shure that there musty be also some good stuff about it..
Im fiinding very dificult to find usefull info about this issiu..
Any help?

Didgeridoos are used for meditative purposes so are Tibetan bells, the vibrations suppose to relieve stress and such .
