i will post the mesurements of my room asap...

i am aware that i will need to make acoustic mesurements too, ill need to find a freeware analizer and a microphone.

what kind of mic do i need? Omni?

Yep, its a very good guide! they are also way more effective than the foam-basstraps, and much cheaper

There is famous method to use egg packings hehe, but i think you will hate eggs to the moment you gather enough of these to cover your room.

yeah i know, egg-box is not a good choice, if i beleive what ive read so far...

ive been making music for way too much years in horrible-sounding spaces, i just never did anything for it out of sheer lazyness.

now that i will soon change room (again), its now time or never!

eggboxes are barely at 0.47 average nrc absorption - compared to rockwool, which can reach above 1 nrc at mid to high frequency ranges.

That absorption frame from the earlier link is a good thing, but will cost a little more to get the material - the more you get, the more you pay but also absorb more.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...
