I wanna buy, but I can't!

OK, I know there are some threads concerning this issue. Most of them end up with people writting excuses for not buying (like "I don't have a Visa card").
My problem: I wanna buy new released stuff, actually I'm buying lot's of CDs these days, but there are some releases (like the Triptych new album or most Alchemy Records releases) I just can't buy, because I really don't have a Visa card anymore and importing it is too expensive (Brazilian government taxes are over 50% !!!).
These releases are not available at SoundShop, the only brazilian online store I know:

I managed to get some new releases from other sources, but it's too slow and expensive.
Anyone know another way to get releases maybe another online psy store at Brazil or maybe some DJs or artists who can sell the albums here.
I want this thread to be focused in solutions or alternative for this problem. I'm sure a lot of people in Brazil and other countries have similar problems.
Any help is welcome!

Well I know many music stores here in Finland that will order you any album you can't find from their catalogue..
Have you tried that?

Of course that others people from our country has the same problem. I'm one of these 
its to much expensive buy cd here in Brazil :/ ... in my case i have two high costs. First, is the price of cd more or less R$40,00 or $13us/$14us. Second, is express(in Brazil is SEDEX) .. one "sedex" to my state here in Brazil cost more or less R$45,00 or $15us/$16us.
In this case, my cd will cost in final price more or less R$85,00 or $29us/$30us (just ONE cd).
i really want buy cds too, but not like that
to much for me.

how can one purchase tracks? i mean to download the tracks and send in the payment to Artist/Label. that will be quite convinient.

Of course I want the BEST quality, so no way I will be satisfied with mp3.

tony4007, yes, I tryed psyshop, saikosounds, traceshop, etc... Used to buy from them, but now I'm not with my Visa card anymore... Also I got the problem of the high taxes...
Anyway, thanks for trying to help, I think I'm finding some alternatives...

i prefer CDR with tracks i chose myself than original CD with only 4 good tracks...
as for the artwork, i easily can do without, but of course this is a matter of taste and choice.
i can understand people who love to diplay their collection of beautiful originals in jewel cases as others have a private library with original books etc.
but i personally prefer to chose everything - from the passages of books i consider important and which i copy in the copyshop up to selfcompiled CDRs via "selfcomposed meals".

In saikosounds they send you the cds as promotinal samples if you ask to, this way the "receita federal" dont tax your shipment.
Anyway try to order 2/3 cds maximum just to not tease the mother f*ckers.
But you will need a credit card, and you will need for sure if you want to make any international order.
Try paypal (www.paypal.com), but I think you will need the credit card anyway.
This way you will pay 15 USD for cd around the same price os sounshop including the shipping.
