I decided to repaint my Sylenth1 (modified the GUI).
I'm no Photoshop master, but I thought I share with you guys what I did
I used a free resource editor called XN Resource Editor to pull out the .png files from the .dll modified them in photoshop, and put them back in. Now I have a new look to my Sylenth1

Thanks, yes, once I finish up the oscillator B/Filter B section and touch some things up, I'll share the image files with instructions on how to change the skin

Thank you Technically you can do it with any vst that uses editable files for the images (.png in this case)
The problem is that most of the time you are breaking the EULA by opening the .dll file and extracting the files.
The reason I did it with sylenth1 is that I saw Lennard post a suggestion about opening the dll and editing the images somewhere.
So technically it's not as easy as something like z3ta which has the files readily available, but it can be done (obviously).
Look forward to seeing yours, and I'll make sure to let you know when I'm done
Cheers,

No wonder you've been saying you haven't had time to work on music!! Haha, j/k that looks pretty awesome.

yeah that would seem the case eh? But I did this during a time when I had access to the comuter but not the ability to make music because of the time of night it was.
