So what are your top 5 from 2005 so far?
Mine go to:
V.A - "Time Out - Sportive Unbending Tunes Vol. 1" (Spontaneous Aerobics)
Galerie Stratique - "Horizzzons" (Statik)
? - "Magick Square of the Sun" (Virtual)
Tripswitch - "Circuit Breaker" (L.S.D)
V.A - "Portal of Perception" (Celestial Dragon)
Am in the middle of final year exams at university/college, and these five cd's are keping me floating nicely... the new Black lung album is good for some more non-psy style as well as the Den Kozlov album |

Good top 5
The Ishvara is a special album indeed.
I also recently purchased both the Black Lung and Galerie Stratique, and these albums kinda hark back to the days of early Boards of Canada and Aphex Twin...and its great to hear some music which doesnt just sound clean... good brainfood!
The Black Lung comes with an extremely interesting booklet outlining the doom scenario we are facing on earth due to human expansion and fossil fuel dependancy.(http://www.fromthewilderness.com/)
Also look for the Millimetrik...he creates a kinda scary ambience over drumloops...and if you are looking for thrilling ambience the Mathew Florianz 'the tone t(h)ree' is pretty good album.

I was on after about 3 hours of hceesey house and NRG and the look on the face of the kids was priceless!! there was some old dudes who enjoyed it which was nice |

Hey
Danish "Djosos Krost" album "No sign of bad" is really cool if you're into electronic dub style. it's out on "Pan americana".
Track 2 in this mix from that album:

check our other releases on
The Agriculture... the david last cd is quirkily interesting... unafraid of melody..
we're licensing a tune from the lunchbox cd... jellyfish roll - and in its way it is very much more psychedelic / unexpected than much of the music that is positioned in that realm...
