I love the latest Ott and Shulman albums! The best chill out I've heard for a while.
I'd also recommend Snakestyle - Snakestyle (2007) .

I think someone may have already mentioned it, but Orchid Star's "Birth/Re-Birth" is some seriously wonderful stuff.
