i working a lot with cubase and reason.
few weeks ago a friend of me gave me a 8chl
mixer and realy dont know much about how i can work togather with my mixer and my softs.
if you dont mind give me some basics about how to connect it to my computer, adn the way mixer goes with cubase.

if you got a regular sound card with 1 input, 1 output then the mixer is only good for hardware Ins like hardsynth, mic, guitar etc..
the mixer is good if you like to record live instrument while hearing your playback in the headphones.

You can run the soundcard to the mixer to the amp. Then you can use a slider for volume but that is about all you can do. |
