Heya :)

I have some ideas for tracks, but I don't know how to   make them.

I need little guides, maybe good samples.
anything that could possibly help :)
(I'm using FL3).

Thanks in advance,
TiMMY

P.S - I made a new music video for "MFG - New Kind Of World" with video from Final Fantasy.
If you want it just ICQ me #79300167, or send me a msg here :)

I don't know what you consider alot, but I did listen to music :)

as I said, I have some ideas but when I reach the part when I'm suppose to "make" the music, I lack samples, for instance :).

man if you can't find samples - create your own. even if you can find samples - create ur own. trance music urges your personal creativity.
its not drumnbass. you can't use ones sample to alive ur own idea.
so. find soft that u can use with comfort and make ur tracks.

hey, DnB uses a lot of creativity too, and anyone who can enjoy minimal/abstract ideas should take an interest in the style, so don't say it's a "lesser music", which is what you (I think) implied.

In fruity loops you won't be able to "make" exactly as you planed:)
Maybe sometomes you will be close but it will never
br as you planed!

Try to "make" your own samples and use them!!!
try to download samples from the internet!

Timmy, I recommend sound forge 5 and FXpansion DR-008. The first prog is a sound editor with an integrated synthesizer and effects, and the second is a sampler combined with a drum synthesizer (really good for sample creation). Another good option is the waldorf attack, a drum synth with many options and functions. Both DR-008 and Attack come as VST instruments - Plug-ins that integrate into a sequencer (Cubase and fruity are sequencers, for example).

*A helpful site in understanding synthesizers:

Good luck
Tom

AXS is a very intuitive softsynth which is very flexible, and it can create a wide range of samples for you, and even complete lines (I know that in older versions it's BPM calculation was WAY off). Stomper is good for bassdrums, basslines, sfx (entirely offline work though), Orangtor....

the list goes on.

check www.maz-sound.com with every single freeware/shareware program (not including VST or DX plugins though) you'll ever need, as well as a huge collection of samples.
