Hello..I need some help.. Does somebody knoe a good Programm to pitch and cut acapella Voice samples.. I´m using logic 5 and i don´t know how to pitch and cut them right.. |

Wavelab, soundforge... etc.
They are not called audio editors for nothing 
I am a cubase user soo i'm not completely sure about the logic interface... but you should be able to edit a sample in the sequencer audio track...

Imho Logic sucks in terms of audio editing. lol
But as far as I remember, press ctrl or alt(with the scisors tool), so u can cut the sample exactly where u want(atention to the place, if u can´t see exactly what u´re doing, there´re numbers on top of the arrange that shows u the bar/beat position of the cursor).
For pitch try to look for audio process. Double click the sample at sequencer. The sample window will open. FInd a "Process" menu, and there´re the kind of process u can do. But u can use any sampler machine to do the trick(like the ESX24 avaiable on Logic).

Hi Satura, double click the sample, that will bring you to the new wave form window with new sub menu. go to Factory>Time and Pitch Machine. That will will give hundreds of options, in digital nubers of visual for more feeling for Pitch, Tempo (fast or slow), Trimble, Darkness, Brigghness, Transposition, Harmonic, Algorithym. I aways use this to strecth my samples to precise lenght i want such fitting the bar so i can loop it nicely and ofcourse darkening the voise s my fav. here you aso have an access to groove machine, audio energizer, converting sample rate and silencer...

oh yea you can cut the file either in the wave window or stright from the track window. from the wavewindow will be more precise ofcourse (zoom as close as you can anf cut that zero db point) founder http://www.enkienterprise.com
