hello
i'm french,i leave to a big travel in south america(16 fev to 1 july).the travel begin in sao paulo for the carnaval,but i need more informations to the solaris,and others festval in south america.......

Don't expect too much action outside of Brazil...
There is some trance going on in Argentina, a little in Columbia (AFAIK), the rest, is almost non-existant...
In Brazil, though, you can find a lot of parties and festivals...
been there, done that, bought the t-shirt and gave it as a present to Luiz Paulo
