Hi , guys i need help from you .I'm real noob in all this stuff so can you help me with any way to keep two sound cards at windows xp .
One card i need for microphone while i talk to friends online and Second card i need for music production so if there any app that can easily switch between two cards without enable and disable thru system panel !

No need to switch, open the control panel- start > settings > control panel or in any other way, click sound and audio devices icon- goto audio section- and choose different device for playback and/or recording-
also set your desired sound card in your audio production software- fruity, cubase or whatever.

Input it is one of ways to achive what i want but i saw application that comes at taskbar mode which switch automaticly hardware changes .
