I need help from you israelis!

Hi! 
This is kinda off topic but I didn't know where else to ask. I need to get the telephone number to a psy friend of mine who lives in Israel. All I have is his name. Here in Sweden we have this webpage called hitta.se, and there you can type in the name of the person and out of that you'll get the telephone number and home adress. Do you have something similar in Israel? A webpage would be super.

One last question. The number to Israel is +97235XXXXXX. The +97 is the landcode to Israel. What are the next three digits? Is it a cellphone number or a regular home number? How would I need to dial if I'd call this number from a telephone in Israel? Off course I'd have to exclude the ladcode +97. And then? Myabe a 0 digit in front of the 235. Or am I wrong? Please tell me, I really need to know. Thank you for helping me out with this problem, which for you is a rather worthless one  |

The code for israel is 972 therefore to call this number in israel just take away the 972 and put a 0 in the begining.. thats all.
that number is probably a home phone in tel aviv since the code for tel aviv is 03 ...
