Can you give some feedback of my track (especially related to mixing, balance, dynamics, EQ, etc..)
I know that there are some sounds here and there (with feedback delay/reverb) that make the mix unclear, and the buildup noises, etc.. I still haven't had time to mix then properly.
But what annoys me the most is that I have spend tens of hours on the bassline and I feel there is still something not right with it. I still have not used any limiters in the tune (except in master bus when maximizing loudness), limiters are currently my weakness and I have not yet practiced using them properly.
I also don't have room with acoustic treatment so it is very possible that things between 0-250hz are twisted because of that.
I think the biggest challenge with this track is that the bassline has so many different notes, I am not sure how to mix it properly. It would be much easier to make a one note bassline
The bassline is Sylenth, 1osc SAW wave, then Pro-Q EQ with cuts in 240, 100 and 50hz, and boost in 1khz, after that PSP oldtimer and PSP vintagewarmer and then sidechained comp (from kick).
A famous artist told me that it is better to sample notes and put them into a sampler and then play the sampler, although I cannot still understand the value in doing this when you have a retriggable OSC synth like Sylenth. And then he told to render the bassline to audio and chop the audio for note length pieces to do some fading, etc.. but I really don't understand why that is neccessary.
if you want to keep it midi try increasing the keytrack. result should be more lushy flowy bass with some more life in it. increase that feeling by changing some velocity here n there.
personally i dont like the filter that open. try to decrease cutoff and listen carefully. maybe give that track some more air too routing few leads and pads to return channel with some reverb on it with different send amount. anyways, cant judge seriously, listening on my laptop

yeah sampleling your bassline is a way !by cutting a tale of the bassline makes more room for the kick and makes it tighter !! ,and give your production time , i was always fighting with my kick and bass !! its growing while learning ! check this tutorial out

Kick bass combo sounds good to me. Maybe a bit old school, but nothing wrong with it.
The other sounds on the other hand sound a bit out of key every now and then. Around 0.52 for example.

Good feedback you got already, but i would like to add that overall balance to me is more aggressive kick/bass versus lack of presence rest.. Means you should add more presence to melodies in my opinion to support your strong kick/bass combo, which is the best part in your track already from my personal point of you..
