If you mean the lead, then it's a rather simple 2 voice lead with one voice detuned a bit.

Probably sawtooth (multiple sawtooths), and try to tweak the detune/tune knobs of each (the non-detuned sawtooth should be more loud than the others), I think you'll find that sound.
