I would try to find out why you make music and how your music should be? What qualities do you and your music have? What is important for you in life and in your music?
This should give you a couple of words. Start from there. Combinate them into one word or leave them as they are, or it might be an idea to translate them to latin sanskrit whatever language you find sexy.
And, huhmm...,  AVOID these words: DJ, Liquid, vibe, Sun, Noise, Sunshine, Wizard, tribe, moon, cosm..., trance, psychedelic etc. leave them to the acts which are using these words by now 
I wouldn't take a long name which nobody can remember, spell or say. for instance "subconsciousmind" thats really unhandy

Well, that's the problem, as I really can't judge myself upon that.
I 'just' make music, nothing deep spiritual or whatever I associate with it.
But really anything looks silly or pretentious to me.

I think you are going onto this the right way. It doesn't matter if you do nothing deep or spiritual. The question can be "what" you do and why. This could already help to find a name. For example if somebody loves phasers and uses them all the time he could call himself "phaserix" .. omg ..
It's not that hard to find a name which connects to something, because simply everything has personality, taste, preferences etc.
Djones, actually could work, by the way, (even though there is a "DJ" in it )

Im sure u meant Phazetrix..
As good as this approach can be it has its own faults.. It subtly bounds u to use of (in this example) phaser trix..
I would instead recommend some more open name which doesnt bound u to some type off trix in case u change your taste later on..
