My fucking Luna/powersampler is driving me crazy.
It all began when I installed a plugin for the p.s.
Then I have uninstalled it, and from then on my computer crashes whenever I start cubase/wavelab or whatever.
So I tried everything since then I have already installed new windows twice and still he writes me that "runpep" error the mother fucker i'm going to burn the computer... help HELP |

when it crashed or does whatever it does
it write you dll name or any other file which is responsible for wrong operation...
what's that in your case?
there are lot of problems with audio software, even simpliest like ezcd creator which fucks up your cdrom untill u solve this inside registry (just an example)
also try www.deja.com (newsgroups) may be they do have an answer...

well i think there is a time i should be payed and "ordered" to your place to fix computer;)
same to Mike A and all the rest;)
anyway Huja
install/uninstall does harm changes to dll files and registry (same example with ezcd above)
I think it did replaced some dlls and after uninstall they left (also registry) and always triyng to be accessed. I am always curious when making uninstall...
My suggest, get a good program for install/uninstall statistics
like cleansweap...

p.s. write if u solved it..or give me more details about the errors and progs (sites and so on) I eat dogs on computer debugging;)))

Yo Regal:)
I have deleted windows 2 times including aninstalling all the programs on my computer.
And still no fucking luck.
This Runpep file is somthing to do with the luna program(which ofcorse I have unin.and installed it for about 10 times.
My next step is trying to get drivers for windows 2000.
But this will take time/money cause i will need the new program/seryal of Luna 3.

buy 2nd hand MAC to run your PULSAR ...not expansive soo much 2day

sell one channel strip from your mixer (that we can see in your pic)
you will able to buy a house in it ... : )

hey hujaboy, if this runpep is connected to Luna, i think the best thingie is to rewrite its eprom once again (i mean reinstall Luna OS, reset its memory,
and it'll do )

Clean your registry, that could also be the case. also, check that your OS is sound-card compatible.. |

how to clean registry without knowing how it works and what could be done?
U trust all those registry cleaners?
Ok, then if some dll left in the system and registry scan shows some entry connected to that fucked up dll, then nothing would be cleaned..
it's not about registry, imo it's all about files that were installed
