I'm furious about "Neraida" in NYE party!!!

well, actually the party was f a n t a s t i c and have no words to describe the pleasure. in fact, everybody got ecstatic!
BUT, i was so dissapointed when i found out that in order for someone to drink some water they had to pay 2Euros!!! it was outrageous because it is totally illegal for a place called club or even entertainment centre to sell water and not give the option for free some.promoters or club owners HAVE TO give free water or else should they close by the authorities. and that's because someone might get dehydrated and simply die!
fortunately i had 2 last Euros in my pocket(and not a penny more)to buy a little bottle of water and stay on my feet...
After all we paid 50 Euros and i think that water would cost so little compared to the money that was gathered!
so i demand an explanation from Eternal Motion and i simply have the question: DONT YOU KNOW THAT IT IS COMPULSORY TO OFFER FREE WATER FOR THE SAFETY OF PEOPLE???
I WANT AN OFFICIAL ANSWER PLEASE!!
P.S. people tell me your opinion too...

I aggree with you but i dont know many clubs in Greece giving free water to people,its the clubs policy to do that usually cause they get all profits from the bar while the promoters most of the time get nothing out of it.

you should be smart and fill your bottle from the bathroom (clean water there  )
These prices were only for xmas and nye as the owner told us.
and by the way , why you were feeling dehydrated? any way....you can drink in your car or anywhere else...
so MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE MY FRIEND...
Anyway love to live in Greece...

psyhunterson, EM are right...u can always fill your bottle, the water is ok there...
EM is good to have griniarides because, even sometimes they overreact...at least they react...and is good to have different point of views so that all we can be better...
It's good to know what people like and dislike..
Generally the party was just Excellent!! |

mate, believe it or not i have been to clubs that had the bottle of water for over 2euros at the bar and they had intentionally cut down the water supply in the toilets, so there was NO other option 
I agree with you and I know how it feels to pay 2euros for a small bottle when you have just payed 50euros to get into the club...but since the bar prices are not a matter of EternalMotion but of the club owner (its somebody that Aris fans hate  ), the only thing we can do is complain and EM will transfer our complaints to the owner.
I would just buy 1 bottle and fill it up in the WC anyway, even if that meant that I had to go there for 5-6 times during the night

i'm quite satisfied from EM's official reply. next time i'll be smarter and fill the bottle in the wc.thanks for the tip EM. it was my first time going to neraida and this explains my ignorance about wc's water.
as far as your question about my dehydration is concerned, i guess you're implying that i had taken ecstasy and therefore got dehydrated.my answer is 'no' i didn't take pill. To your information when someone takes ecstasies they get dehydrated but are not aware of it whatsoever and that's why pills can be dangerous!so if you ask me how come i was dehydrated my answer is that i didn't say in my original message i had this problem exactly but wondered what would happen if someone got dehydrated.and you should also know that since we dance our brains out on the trancefloor, this can happen to any of us with or without pills.i say this cause i had this bad experience abroad and fortunately the club was legitimate and offered water!
as for the fact that not many clubs in Greece offer water or that in mpouzoukia (bliaks!)you pay much more in general, doesn't say me a thing cause those clubs are still illegal and somebody should notify the authorities.
of course i wouldn't do this in the case of neraida cause i'd feel that i'm hurting a scene which i'm so in love to... but honestly if i go to mainstream club and notice such a thing, i'll be merciless!!!
Again, thank you EM for the wonderful party you offered us and sorry for wienning you about things you're not responsible.and by the way the security gave me the sense of safety in the place so don't listen other voices... (as long as they're polite ofcourse. in my case they were...).

hey guys if someone get dehydrated i'll give him my water,we have a great time and you are speaking about the water,
last year we pay 50 euro with 2 euro the water for Psyside and Son Kite come on don't be ingrate

hey other side, i agree with you about the holiday prices in general but we should also acknowledge when some club owners illegally take advantage of us.this is not 'tsigounia', but awareness. after all we're not stupid as psytrance is intelligent music for intelligent people... right?

What makes us more happy about your post,is that you didn't take a pill in order to dance we feel very proud as organisers to have ppl like you at our events.
And finaly a possitive opinion about the safety in the club
Please also note that in any case you are out of money,and you urgently need something to drink,you can simply go at the entrance and explain your problem.Hara from eternal motion will be there for you

Psyhunterson has a point. I think that parties in 3rd world countries should have the right to NOT supply free water at a party, simply because water is scarce at such places. Some may argue that Greece is a 3rd world country, i will not comment on that.
To go to a bar and to ask for a glass of water and the barman/woman says NO???? Ridiculous....
