Hi i would like someone to learn me to understand the songstructure of psy trance.
The intro/ chorus / build ups where you put
your filter sweeps and more.
I´ll pay you if you could help me understand how i can build a basic arrangement.Maybe show a arrangement picture
send a midi or something would be great.
Best regards Conny |

The best way to learn arrangement is to spend some time doing some good perceptive listening..you could even write down where things come in and leave..and least in the macro form..
Usually a good way to approach a track is to get the basics down and fill in tons of details later on..
Good luck!

I often grab and import a track which I like into cubase and match the bpm of the track. With the right bpm you can create 'tracks' with empty MIDI events like (kik, lead1, lead2, pad1, pad2 etc.) just below the original track. In that way, with some work you will have at least the basic structure of that particular track, ready for analysis and learning. |
