the only one i can think about is japans dj ilo. dunno if he produce music and where but he was couple of time in israel for hard psychedelic gigs.

Yep, they're two guys from Finland. I.L.O has released two mp3 albums - Älykuvio-K and Lapinmies - on a finnish website. The site went down, though (because of too many visitors?) and i have the tracks + one track from their homesite only on minidisc , so can't help that much... i'll try to find out more for you (and me) : )
