I would use Ableton Live for that...

Just warp your stuff correct (there was a thread about that one week ago)
And then change the bpm...

its very easy and you can use different warp algorithms for best results

i also use nuendo for fast stratching but i prefer audition, sounds much better - nearly perfect           fullofpsygressive sounddesign / astartic lab

in nuendo /cubase - process time stretch

in fl - drag it to the audio section down below select project tempo to 160 and then right click the audio file and say fit to tempo

i have 2/3 Fx samples for my other tracks at 156bpm´s and a made 1 at 160bpm´s is a Fx sample in wave

you can do it in fl7. load it into the fruity slicer and then burn it as a wav or mess it up!

in sonar: ctrl+drag clip edge to "slip-edit" (stretch) the audio.
          $ exp(j*pi) + 1 = 0. $
