I have a question about Sonar 6 and FL studio 8 !!!

Hello, i have this wierd problem with FL stuido 8 XXL. when i play the track, in the middle of it usually i get some strange noise and it freezes for a sec and then continues, can some body tell me please what might be the problem? is it the program or maybe some settings?
also, when i load Fl studio to my sonar sequencer, with bunch of plugins, it shows cpu usage at maximum and freezes completely.
i have 1G DDR memory right now, if i put more memory is it gonna fix the problem and how much memory do i need if so?

Hi there...
Last night I had same problem with FL. But it only happend when I used a kvr free plugin.
Have you tried turning off everything and then turning them on again, one by one, while the track plays?
I would recommend at least 2 GB of memory, pref. DDR3. And mainly because memory is so cheap... 
PS. I don't know Sonar, so can't really help you there, but maybe check your drivers. If they are the same on both programs...
