i don't eat flesh, and i think the smell of flesh of bbq on festivals is very often annoying...

true, i just wanted to state it. i can understand that people love flesh. I like the taste too, and sometimes it even smells good - there is also the problem it makes me hungry ... but i don't wanna eat it as long as i didn't murdered the animal by myself.. |

Don`t like it on the dance floor. Don`t like it in or near my tent. But it`s a damn good energy source. The problem is that meat on most festivals is pretty bad and plastic... like the full on played there. lol

Agreed...somehow the smell of burning flesh takes away from the peace and love.
Once at a festival two years ago I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich from the vendor, and little to my knowledge, they put a huge slab of chicken or something in it. I took one bite, saw what i had bitten into, spit it out rubbing it off my tounge, and proceeded to wig out.
ugh. there is no denying how immoral and damaging the meat industry is...if you feel you're a spiritual person, i highly recommend thinking more about vegetarianism |

Everything in this world has consciousness so in terms of spirituality there is no difference between eating meat and vegetables. Regarding the smell of meat on festivals my point of view is we should accept other people's expression and don't worry about it. There are plenty of things that don't suit our individual preferences but we need to learn to accept them so as to not feed the negativity.

I like BBQ, i like sauces, i absolutely love Balkanian skarra. But what in the world would make you think about BBQ when you are at a festival? Gimme that fruit mang...give me cereal...give me tea, water and beer but NO meat.
