Possibly, Depending on you room the aquarium wont hurt the accoustic.
Keep in mind, that the direct reflections are the biggest problem... for example from the wall right of you, where the sound from the speaker get directly reflected into your ear...
Put some absorber there and put the aquarium somewhere behind you where it can't cause direct reflection... check if there is a lot of vibration there first.. poor fish... but you should easily be able to compensate the aquarium with other stuff in more important places.
