i don't understand your wuestion. but i think you think too much. if your kick is -10db and the mix is good, so your mix should be around -3db at the busy parts.
but don't think too much. work with your ears. listen to artist that you like his mix and try to make resembling mix.

posting numbers on the net, regarding mix levels is irrelevant. You could have a kick peaking at -10dB with a compressor set with a ratio of 10:1 with 0 ms attack, or have an uncompressed kick with no bottom end and a massive transient...etc. same for the rest of the elements of the mix. know what i mean?

It is helpful though- getting approximate levels for different sounds really helped me out a lot when I started.

Shouldn't be too difficult to pick a good sounding kick, set it to -10db, then mix everything based off that. No one needs to stick to those approximate numbers, but they help a lot more than having no idea. "Use your ear" means nothing to a beginner.          http://soundcloud.com/ascensionsound

You'd be surprised at the "different tastes" in kicks, people use when making tunes.
And a beginner will fuck up a mix even if they have a great sounding kick set at -10dB, unless they start "using their ears".

yes.

it takes so much time to tweak all the right knobs in the exact position only by using my ears ...

that is it i will make experimental noise from now on

how should i use my ears that so would get an answer for my question ?

0 db and compressor(soft limiter) or -3 db and clean
what should i stick to?

Well yeah, but you can't expect a beginner to use their ears to set a kick to -10db. Having a general start point is better than nothing is all I'm saying (seeing as how this advice helped me when I started).           http://soundcloud.com/ascensionsound

Listen carefully to the tunes you like in your mixing space and get to know what your speakers and room sound like, in other words train your ears so that they get better at listening. Its not an easy task, we still find it hard to get things right, as our mixes are far from perfect.
Stick to identifying/choosing the right samples/sounds and don't mix into a limiter/compressor/EQ in the master channel and don't mix at loud levels, as your eardrums tighten up to compensate for the high SPL levels and your ears "resolution" becomes much lower (Fletcher & Manson curves).
