No matter which synth I try for my bass, if it's VB-1, Audiorealism Bassline or Phoscyon.
All of these (and many others) just can't play a steady note!

Why in the world do I need to sample my sounds first before I can use 'm for my basslines?

Is there any fast(er) way of getting a steady sounding bassline, besides exporting the audio mixdown in Cubase?

If you know what you're doing with the oscilators and filters/lfo it sounds steady at least vb-1 for sure           Monitoring devices, know where you go

All sounds are modulating (warbling). They are vibrations. You are going to hear the amplitude of the waveform louder during the peaks of of the waveforms and quieter during the valleys. This is why we can tell it's something at all. So when you play lower vibrations there is larger separation between the peaks and the valley's, hence the warbling.

Or at least that sounds like what you are complaining about... jk

Honestly, as long as your oscillators reset on note on, you shouldn't have a problem.

Most definitely. I just discovered this one the other day and it's fucking killer for basslines.
