I had a hard time searching and creating my true o real sound. After 1 year of attempts I finally got to this, I know its not as complex as things I used to do but for the first time I feel this is how I really like to sound. I would call it "hypnotic" trance but genre doesn´t really matters.. The main idea was to keep it simple, trippy, hypnotic and friendly. If you expect those so called "killer leads and FX´s" then you wont like it, but if you´re in search of some relaxed deep trip then welcome! I hope you can share me some words. First of all I must say I really liked this song - but it doesn't sound too hypnotic to me. When I think of hypnotic trance the first things that come to mind are: 303 arpeggios, acid stabs, and lead melodies in arabic or phyrgian scale - goa basicaly It's more like atmospheric fullon which I'm totally fine with. The vocal samples were on the spot and the synths were cool, only lead sound I didn't like is the one starting at ~5:00 because it continues for so long without any knob twisting.
Overall good track !

Yes maybe hypnotic is not the right word, Im actually not good at defining genres but now you mention it, atmospheric full-on seems to fit good with this Also I think youre right about that lead, the track its still "WIP" so I´ll do some stuff to it, thx for noticing ProtoDrive https://soundcloud.com/protodrive

whoa, that's NICE!
sometimes i wish, i could do the same tunes as you did, cause mine do never sound really athmospheric at all

Yeah that's nice, hypnotic in a sense is a nice bassline like that that can play out for a long time and still remain groovy Well all the sounds work together to help that effect as well.
