hey guys
i need help in resynthesizing these sounds mainly at 3:09 the high pitched lead (preferably all on sylenth1)
and also the chirp that comes in at 2:58 and repeats every 2 bars till 4:10..

seems 2 sawtoots slighlty detuned and a lot of portamento and pich bend wheel

there is also a fast LFO on it.
it can be routed to cutoff or maybe to amp, to get this effect.

also shape the highs.
you can hear that its panning.
i wouldnt use pich bend wheel, simply draw the midi notes and activate glide.

yes.
the melody seems to jump between two octaves, low note, high note.
the pitch effect looks like a rising "shepard tone" pitch envelope...
along with filter automation, opening.

well i personally love to re-synthesize/
clone sounds. this improves skill.

if you are not able to get a similar result
like those leads, then you have to learn
much more.

listen to presets, watch them! now take the
init-preset and try to recreate it. more and
more you will understand sounds by only
hearing them and you can synthesize wind,
birds, water flutes, even the hume voice ...
nearly every sound you want. its a long
process what never ends xD
