Listened to this album a couple of times today, it's been a while since the last time. . .
Sounding even better than before. Absolutely beautiful. Yes, it's the type of music that requires a bit of patience and the ability of really listening ( which almost everybody has I believe ) in order to hear, feel and see the beauty of it.
I had a feeling before it was released that it is going to be one of the most wonderful Ultimae releases, and I was right. So subtle yet so rich and dynamic. The way the compositions move is so evocative. Just listen carefully, and a magical world of sound and image will be revealed to you. Organic yet urban, nostalgic yet moving forward. A world of poetic contradictions. Cinematic. Every track just blossoms with each second passing. . .
A great journey. Unique.
Also, it's not surprising to get amazing packaging/artwork/booklet from Ultimae, but this is really something else. . . so lush
Thank you Hidetoshi Koizumi and Ultimae, and everyone else involved.
