Yesterday i was listening to "galgalatz" on my way home. i tuned in to a program wich you probably know - "Esek Shahor" [a funny show with terrible music]... anyway, the dj played some song by israeli rap group - Hadag Nahash. at the end of the song, the dj said "that was a single by Hadag Nahash, remixed by Hujaboy"!!! Hujaboy? remixing rap???

so, here's my question: has Hujaboy really done a remix for this song, or is my hearing sevearly damaged?

P.S. i know this belongs in the "unidentified" section, but come-on! none of you ever go in there...           MiniMAL cabron...

the song name is "hadag nahash feat. berry saharof-Kamti"
on the single there is also a rmx by my brother Tal shoshani aka PhongshadE which is more electro.

And a very nice remix it is, soon review of that single in Isratrance.
and if we're talking about Hadag Nahash, I must say here that I believe this is probably the most talented group of musicians in Israel, and I highly recommend listening to both their albums if you wanna know what groove and funk are all about.

ya,i like their sound too,it is nice to hear such a production at the israeli act,
also subliminal are great, and it's about time that israeli artist will start to sound like other
great groups aboard.

about huja boy remix i think that it is good
that elctro music artists are incoperated with other geners of music, they are usealy refershing the mainstreem sound and open the mind for the mainstreem people.

I also want to give props to hadag nahash, for being talented and more open minded than other Israeli artists.

Hadag Nahash are certainley talanted musicians, and they can produce some great grooves and funky tunes, but i must admit that i cant stand their lyrics. The lyrics are really childish and sounds like they were written by a kid. anyway, really groovey project, and the colaboration with hujaboy sounds great!           MiniMAL cabron...

I think quite the opposite, I think the lyrics are great and sound like they have been (and are) written by a very mature person (me being 32 speaking...).
Did you listen to Misparim? Did you listen to Bela Belisima? did you to Ze Lo Ani?- truth in the face, well written and penetrating. Hell, just listen to Gabi & Debby- best funny ironic song I heard in a long long while.
I suggest you listen deeper to the message behind. I also think Sha'anan's writing and rapping technique is great and very special. And I'm not comparing to other Israeli artists here, but to world wide ones.           ---------------------------------------------

I didn't buy an Israeli Cd since I was 13, until I heard thier songs 7 years later.

They are a refreshing band with refreshing sounds and refreshing lyrics.

Defenitely an outstanding band with a very deep and straightforward messages - really nothing to compare to most of our usual nothingness... A real gem of a band           A man with a "master plan" is often a woman
