You all have to agree that parties abroad are much different than here, and it's because of the mentality.
Why do people like travelling to Amsterdam for e.g. Cause people there are much more calmer and polite.
It's unfortunately not the case here.
And when you have an agitated crowd, it's not that nice. |

i'd personally prefer a small party.. huga smells funny and like someone here once said- it will b better to leave huga as it is in our memory and not try to re-create it and b disappointed... :) |

ok we can't compare the raves abroad to the raves in Israel but still- big raves here can be a lot of fun. :)
for instance, there were small friendly parteez at the same day the "Tribal Dance Experience" was on and I'm not regreting for a sec I chose this event..
why parting the same way every week if for one week you have something that is a bit different?

Tzahi, TDE cost me 150 shekels. not so bad. expensive, yes, but not too much. and it WAS worth it :-)
i never said i would rather spend 500$ on a trip abroad for a rave. it's stupid and dumb. i agree with you on the thing that we DO have good raves in israel. |

its not that its a bat party.. the line up is realy good.. but PEOPLE MAKE THE PARTY!!!!!!
and i cant party with so much shimons... so much cops... so much "gamadim"

i won't go to Huga because i don't have enough time to regain energy after 3 days of raving,
and the line up in the "alternative" is just as good ;)
going back to big festivals feels like a regression, size does matter but not in this particular case .

I'll be happy to go to a small party.
All this huga festival is one big joke 4 my opinion. 40 artists?????? R U nuts?? If you'll call the number they give you, some idiot will answer you and tell you he already sold 15,000 tickets, and if you'll ask 4 the lineup he'll tell you about 40 artists but non of them he can spell right (EX. talam[b]e[/b]sca, total ec[b]a[/b]lipse..).
And the invitation looks like a low budget party.
I went to shenkin to buy a ticket and the man in the store told me he sold only 150 tickets..
I took my legs and went home without any ticket!!
Beware something here smells bad!!
PS. he also told me that 4 units from the army will secure the event 400 cops and security company..

always small and good locations parties are better

TDE was 1 day.. unlike Huga which is 3 days! :)
but in my case I'll go for the regular party. I got greece after all and can't spend time on another 3 days party.. if I could I'd go...

my 2 centts about huga:
the first huga (i was there) was a blast ,but i'm not so sure that this one will...
first of all the time was differant (pigooaim)
israeli trance ruled the trance world , those were the beutifull days of our israeli scene ,it was naaive (tamim).
the music was very differant (happy & full with emotions) shortly , karahana was karahana . the hole vibe was differant.
nowdays the music is very differant ,much more cold & industrial (i'm not saying its better or not ),but the vibe is very differant.
in the first huga u wouldnt care if a shimon danced neer u ,now the scene is much more selective (with all the good & the bad sides of it).
add to all writen above the mystery with huga 2,
yihiye ? lo yihiye ? mi yavo ? mi lo yavo?
u'll get a very blured picture .
personaly if huga's 2 vibe was not so mysterios & the days were differant i would have choose huga (bcause it's a differant kind of event) but this weekend i think i'll pass .... & go to a friends party. |

I still dont know what to do.
to drive madly to a party, all weekend,
Which I really dont know whats gonna comeup with it?
And waist 250nis? hmmm... I'm frightened of the thought of something getting wrong.
and things do seem to get wrong for me this days :>
Or goto a 30nis party.
When and if the people there are great, the location,
and the lineup...
It will be a much better party.
