Howto Import Acidpro6 songs to Ableton 6?

Hi!

Maybe can somebody help me. I just changed from acid to ableton, and i wanna import my acid6 tracks to ableton6 but i didnt really want to make this thing by channel 2 channel. And ofcourse I used some Bus's also.

My question is what's the fastest way to do it?

Any ideas are welcome.
