make as much more you can (plz avoid spam ppl tho)
open myspace page , send the link on this forum and more forums related to psytrance... like oztrance.net or psymusic.co.uk (there is atleast 50 forums.. this ones are quite big and friendly)
evry time you add new track post the link in 'new tracks' section.
also you can post links to youtube or something by making nice introduction about you in the studio work 'how you do it' and such.. try to make it apealing but not farty commercial additue cause this dont count for much.
also you can prepare sets and post it
make remix packs and let others expiriment on your work for fun or actualy making remix (in this way you gain also some new tracks for yourself mixed with other guy vision)

send promo cds to labels if you think its allready good enough , if not then finish the work first.
try to find labels that fit to the style you make but dont deny sending to one becuase its not 100% the style , some ppl still have open mind.
once they will like it they will want to realese it as well.. simple as that... cds are good promotion.
all in all , if you are great , this is good start and will make your music and yourself known to thousands of peaple.
