It's back... the 5th annual How Weird Street Faire! On May 1, 2004 from 1pm to 9pm in San Francisco, entrance at the corner of 11th St. and Howard in SOMA area. Founded by the trance family of the CCC, it is America's oldest electronic music street faire. Four blocks of fun: four sound stages plus one performance stage, children's area with grass, crafts and goods from the world. Plenty of art, food and drink, and good times!
Acts include Penta, Kode IV, KJ, and Waterjuice.

Unfortunately, for those who wanted to hear Penta at this party, I need to correct this misunderstanding. I was never contacted about this party, and so far I am playing in Moscow on this date. Sorry, if it caused any confusions.

Indeed, this was a truly unforgetable freak show It was my first experience at the street fair but it was well worth it. Great people, great vibe and a whole lot of stomping. Wish it would have gone on into the night.... |

Happened to visit SF that weekend, How Wierd, what a great suprise!
I saw so many people there that I actually knew I thought I was home.
Great set Amanda!
I really like Kenji's stuff too.
Kickin' sound system. Hipster-looking people, and the rest of us freaks.
The Anon Salon afterparty was pretty killer too, Irina and B Smiley did some cool tripped-out trance-like grooves.
Here in Philly, you'd be lucky to get people from adjacent neighborhoods to congregate, let alone have shouting matches.
