i'm sober again....
well we left TA around 1:00 and drove about 2:30 hours south, last few minuts on a dirt road and then about 5 minuts walking down to a beautiful canion. the path was lit with candels and on the botom waited a smiling doof guy and asked for a donation which was placed in a glowing alien head.
the weather was great and i didn't need all my ski clothing. the location was magical and there was a projection of some cactus on the canion which was vry psychedelic even before my medication...
when we arrived there were not so many people (maybe 100) and uv was playing some tribal tunes which got harder and harder, real digging night stuff. lots of stuff i never heard before which really blew my mind. around 5:30 zirkin started his psychotic expedition and played amazing tracks. (at this time there were about 300 smiling people around me and the energy was so good i couldn't leave the dance floor for 5 hours!!) again lots of stuff that i never heard before. troy joined in with zirkin at one stage and they were playing together a very good set but i had to rest a bit so i went to chill at the chishop untill around 11 uv went up again with some morning tunes (i remember protoculture) in the middle of the set he stopped the music because some camels wanted to cross and were afraid from the sound, that was realy funy.
after the music stopped at 12 we chilled out a little and drove home slowly and happily, enjoying the view of the dead sea.
and did i mention those lovely girls that showed up in the morning? who are you rasta lady that wouldn't stop dancing?
any way doof did it again and they know how.

simply great!!
psychotic expedition was great and the whole
scene was well designed.
the sound by catom was loud and crisp (turbsound .....)
thanks doof for upgrading our weekend. |
