It's funny, whenever the glitchy shit is discussed, it's "overused" but the 303 sound can't be used enough apparently.
I understand there's a lot nostalgia and history behind the 303 which contributes to that, but I think you can see the similarities.
I personally love it. Terranoise is my favorite psy act by far as far as the darker stuff goes...don't know why, it just does it for me.

Terrasence is very good but those glitchy shit with this entire Cross Dimensional Feedback LP gets irritating..
I love the some of the musical parts behind&in between it.. like halfway through "Long Ratios"

first: music always is a matter of taste
secondly i love the terranoise style too, cause he´s passing the pretty narrow way between dark/noize shit and experimental harmonic/musical stuff in a way really amazing. same with vince electrypnose, loving the way that sound goes. anyway i find pretty hard to listen cosmo or highco stuff......
"long ratios" is defintely THE example, loving this track. whole album imo really good except two tracks i dislike. they sound same noizy as all the newb stuff out there, tryin to sound like the next kindzadza or cosmo...
and thats it my friend, dont try to sound like this or that. get the idea out of chasing the sound and mix it with your emotion, try to get the way, but not the sound.
people will always tell you their opinion, but in the end no one knows or asked him how he did that. so u will never be sure if its dblue and disco dsp or maybe something else. and sure dblue and disco dsp is not the only way to get these resaults. and u will never never find out or get the sound, as long u dont know the exactly same settings and the exactly same vst chain or just instrument used.
give a shit on this dblue glitch stuff and write your own glitches!!! i dont think this guy is using db, anyway i cant say, as i work on mac and until now didnt even try db, cause it´s same overused as this 303 shit.
i think both sounds mentioned here (incl. electrypnose feat. bombax) is done pretty easy with maybe g2 or fm8. fm is THE used and way to go synthesis in this area. IMNO
think yourself about, cause if u gonna ask people it´s always what they hear and what they expect, anyway has not to mean they´re right only thing matters is what YOU hear!!!!

as mandari allready said about dblue glitch, i got the same opinion..
u can get much better and more unique results if u just record any fm synth or aggresive saw lead from albino, discovery or whatever and chop it up like hell.. thats the way i do it and i think alot of others also.
