How to use PayPal from Russia?

Hi.
I'm going to buy some CD from a people of other country and they use PayPal. Does anybody know how to sent money using paypal system? Help PLS!

Hi. Paypal doesn't like to work with russian people. Actually u can hardly use it here. So find another way -for instance: use bank transfer or Western Union (etc) or like i'm gonna do:ask smbd who living in Europe to pay by Paypal. Also u can use Ebay or some russian sites but it's not cheap. |

you almost have no chance to use paypal system in russia. you should use other veriants. web-money, e-gold and yandex-money etc. tell your partners to try any of this systems.
