emmm don't know if it is vst 3 - but i have c5 and it works as vst 2.x ... (never realy got the difference)

Proper native sidechaining is only really possible with VST3, AFAIK. VST 2.x doesn't allow auxiliary inputs to plugins.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

i just use for ducking purpose.(actualy pre fader,but after the plug)

so don't know... it works great for me, specialy in c5, all the rest is a pain in the ass routing.

why do u need aux input to the plug ? any input ?

This is true on cubase, it's not a vst 2.x limitation, it's a cubase limitation.

yes, but you can just open it as 'insert'.
(it works in cubase 5)
it has 32 auxiliary bus channels inside.
so... do what you like.
