vocoder section? Use the first synth as the incoming signal on the vocoder of the second synth?

can you route one vst into another? and well audiowise as well as midiwise. I have heard that you can route one synth into another in order to use the envelopes from the other vst or so....

Sometimes you can use the effects of synthesizers as an insert on the excisting midi track with associated vst.

u can do it in reason rather easily, im sure u can with certain VST's in cubase but it would be very complicated... if u are needing to route 1 vst rhu another to get the sound that u want, i suggest finding a more indepth VST, with more modulations etc..           [[[G|L|I|T|C|H]]]

in cubase: open midi channel load to f11 some pretty synths with yur sounds on'em and fill your midi inserts with synths - for send for example you have four slots you can pick up a midi effect like echo for example and assign to this slot a different synth so then you have 2 synths working on same notes but a bit parted on areas maybe.
Hope than can help my english explanaition.I fukin like it .Of course you can route more than one to another.           https://soundcloud.com/shivagarden

Some VST instruments come with a second plugin version called eg. Pro-53FX... you can use these versions as inserts on an audio track just like any other VST plugin. Sometimes you will need to send MIDI to the FX instrument too, so that it opens its envelopes etc to let sound through. Not every VSTi has an FX version; if the one you want to use doesn't, you're out of luck.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

I know Albino 3 has an audio input. I'm still using good ol' V2 so I'm not sure how it works exactly.

about routing i must say i saw that the nordlead 3 has one output for each "slot" (part) that being 4.. this is awsome, i mean think of the things you can do by connecting each output to a different channels on the mixer and adding different FX and EQ and all that you can do...

i want one of those babies...

otherwise there are some hardware synths that you can route audio through.. i think the micrkorg korg has audio in 1 and 2...

also i know in software that the korg legacy shows up as FX and you can route your synths through it, just like being told here with PRo53 and such...
