how to remove Click sound from a bass ?

Hi ! I am am having a complete song.
but there is a annoying click sound in the bass.
i´ve tried a decklicker but it doesn´t remove the click.I have also tried changing the attack
and release parameters but it doesn´t help me to remove the click.
Im using the softsynth pro 52 for my bassound.
Any suggestions are welcome !

...i had this with pro52 too sometimes...try to get pro 53...
maybe a cpu-problem too, try make a .wav only with kick n bassline ( all other fx bypassed ). if this doesn t work, get pro53 =(-;

Hi !
Thanx you guys for your replys.
I have spended 3 days just to get rid of this click trying evrything even used decklickers and stuff.
THen i remember something about a gate from one of your answers.
So i connected my bass to a gate whips whaps and the click was gone  Awesome !
