i need to include new kick and bass and all percussion i know! then after its only play ,cut, and remake all at my style?
can i put new samples in song..etc...

Put everything you want, be aware to own the samples you put.
As you said it, you are making your style, that includes wide range of stuff, most rewarding for me it's to make some exciting synth lines and rework existing, put your personal stamp on it.
Keep the motif of the track, whatever it is, don't go too far and make something totally different, but in other hand don't satisfy with almost same stuff, whole point of contest is to have wide range of different approaches and results
