If i am convinced that i have a track that is releasible and other people also think the same how do i go abt the process of contacting labels and stuff. Also sending demos ?

psypiv mate , i have heard ur music and i think it is some light years before u can even think to release ...
how ever , if u and ur ppl think it can be released , then here is how to release ur trk ...
1. find the appropriate labels u think will be interested in ur kind of music ...
2. go to their website and obtain the contact address ..
3. burn ur trks as a demo cd and mail to their addresss ..
4. pray to god and wait for their reply ...

decide what level you want to be ... for example you want to be in Osom's level to release your first track.... so achive it ... when you will be ready you will know alone ......
it is how i see thing for me .....
if you convinced that your tracks are releaseble i agree with Input ..send and if you don't get an answer from twenty labels listen to GTN .... built a spacecraft with lightspeed and use it ,,,,, |

ok .. now all of u guys lissen ....
may be i sounded a lil rude / aggressive ... but tht wat exactly not wat i meant to sound like....
i have heard psypiv music , and so i felt i must be the nice and good guy and show him right direction ... !
it happens with me also many times , i think if releasing , as i consider my music to be best ,, but only after 2-3 days i discover how "bad" the mix sounds ... so as the time passes , ur ear developes and so does ur perception of the overall sound design level of ur music .....
now @ this stage psypiv and his other frnds may feel , music is really kicking ass.... but when some other experineced user lissens , for example sound enginner like me ... u knw exactly whats going on with the sound ....
so this is the bottom line .. i only tried to help ... maybe sounded a lil bit 2 aggressive ???

if you're a sound engineer like u r saying how come your mixes sounds so bad after 2-3 days and why you're posting 5 questions every day??? is this to check if you're right?
beside maybe upload us some of your tunes so we can hear the sound engineer masterpiece?

i can ask you to do same thing , post your music and let's see how sound engineering of yours but it would lead us to stupid argue .....
GTN next time say such things in private message ..... because i won't like someone talk to my music that way in public ....... and if you are sound engineer i'm Michael Cretu .....(joke)
Psypiv what i said you in pm is exacly what you need to do .... and you know it yourself so i don't see any problem to see your name on released CD in future |

Aha ! this looks like a low-serotonin flame session 
But to stay on-topic: if you have music that you want to release i think it's best to send some labels a cd with about 3 of your best tracks on it, this will give the label people an idea what your music is about. Don't forget to give your contact information with the cd. Also think about which labels you want to send your demo to: if you send your full-on killer mega racer track to a label that specializes in minimal music you won't have a chance.

1st i did not said i'm a sound engineer nor acting as one, 2nd thing i don't have any problem with uploading my music, however i don't feel i need this encouragement to keep making my music- it's solely love that brings me into my studio-
gtn- i'm not saying i or anyone else here is better then u and i don't think u should think so either

i already spoke to psypiv on the msn , as v are frm the same city and now he is chillled out on it ... then y the fuck r u creating such a fuss ?
if u think sumthin is right , it dosent mean it is right .... and the same applies with me also ...
but as i already said .... i thought i must tell psypiv wat i felt abt his music ... and i told ... i didnt tell in pm ... tht is a diferent story altogether ....
so as i earlier aslo said mate .. lets bury the hatchet and make some tunes ... only time will tell who is better !
