I think you need a very fast cd burner. It should burn with 1200x speed, so that the temperature gets higher than 576 celsius. This is the magic point - the hotter the more bits can you burn per inch.
I am just joking.
Burn it like a 16bit wave, but on cd it will 16 bit too.

just burn it as data-file, not as audio.
...come on eyb...at 1200x the substrate of the cd which is done of pc ( not a pc...polycarbonate ) would burst into zillion of pieces.
-at least it must be constructed much much thinner to reduce the centripetal force !
  experiment !
make it your motto day and night.
experiment,
and it will lead you to the light.
the apple on the top of the tree
is never too high to achieve,
so take an example from eve...
experiment ! |

Hi ridle
I think what the guys are trying to say is that CD is a media that is only capable of 16 bit Audio , the only way is to burn it as Data like
Medirium said and move it to other studio.
You won't be able to play it as 24 bit from A CD.
EYB i once got the CD so hot when i burned it that i got up to 64 bits but unfortunately i burned down the computer so i don't have the CD to show you!!!!

as they all sayd.. if u want to burn it to an audio cd (for uses like play in a cd player) u have to convert it to 16BIT but if u just need the file u can burn to Data file.. but u want be able to play it in a cd player or cdj.. etc.. to record a real 24Bit u need " DAT RECORDER" thats the best way to record a 24 bit.. its a spacial DAT TAPE..

You may want to read about dithering your audio for final mix. |
