how to reach the outside labels?

How can i send my demos to the european labels, such as Boom! Records, Spiral Trax, Phantasm etc.?
Do they have some connections here in Israel? |

Why more spread?
I'm sure the the Israeli Phonokol or BNE or Hommega sell more worldwide than some tiny label in Germany. |

There is nothing about the Israel's labels, they are great but i just want to try something outside like Quadra, also after i heared pure rebirth releases at germany labels (in 2001)... |
