How to quantize automations?

I'm using Cubase SX 3 as my main sequencer.
And Im trying to get my automations synced to the speed and rhythm of my tracks.
But how is this done?
It's just one big mess, the way I do my automations now, just some randomn drawing with the mouse.

Just make sure you have the Quantize Lock on at the top of the Sequencer should look kinda like this >|<
Then while you have the "R" for read key on(on the automation track), click with the the Select tool (the mouse arrow) on the automation line. That will make a point, now drag that point and it will only fall on the Quantized points. Such as 1/16th notes or each bar etc...
