...i don't really understand what do u mean...
do u want to quantise the selected events? notes?
just select them and use the magic Q tool - click on the selected notes/events using Q tool.
...or do u want input quntise?
if so choose the input quntise function.
...the best solution is to open the fat manual wchich comes with logic boundle or buy the Logic's 7 Ignition book on Amazoon.com
good luck

you should select a track.,
but make sure only the track is selected and not any recorded data .
then, you can set the default quantize for logic in the left-hand side parameter box.
then everything you record will be automatically quantized.
also, if you dont like the quantize you can also remove it later.

A little question :
when i quantize the notes, the automation from the midi controlers are completely changed.
The "quantizer" put all the automation points into the grid (1/16 for ex), no cool stuff...... i whant keep the original automation recording & quantize only the notes.
Is possible ?
Of course is possible to move each note one by one,, is long & borring......... any other choices ?
Thanks http://mastermargherita.com |

just select the notes you want to quantize and hit Q.
