How to promote Trance ?

Hi everyone,
I live in Madeira Island in Portugal. As you all know (at least never heard of it) there are no trance activities here.
There is a small, in fact not sufficient, community of trancers in Madeira. Well..it wont start by itself so i've been thinking in a way to promote the trance scene here. I thought about sending some emails to party organizers but that seems not enough. They must receive hundreds of mails asking for parties.
If anyone here knows Madeira, I can tell you it has some of the best spots in Portugal...the island is full of forests and other good spots to party. If anyone has an idea how I can start something please post. Anyway, a friend of mine has sent an email to crystal matrix....lets see!

it is a good idea 2 start promote trance in madeira island, although it is quite dificult 2 the scene devolpe a lot in there, cause it is small (compared), 2 the numbers of listeners os music in there and in the continent.
but 4 instance penta, as an office in azores island.that helps a lot.
second how many people would go there 2 a party?
1st a little xpensive 2 people travel 2 Madeira, 2 a party.
good thing is start 2 develop activities related 2 trance.get some people spining 2 a small parties, maybe someone could start give the first steps on producing music, art, etc..
but the main problem as i see it, is the far away 2 the continent.
