i 'd been working with cymbals and hithats with some fx like reverb and low cut filters, use some paninng for making stereo field....

Cymbals have energy throughout the entire frequency spectrum but the bulk os sadi energy is typically in the treble range or in the midrange,there is also a reason to believe that cymbals havesignificant sonic energy above range of human hearing, since their energy shows no singns ofpetering out near 20khz cymbals have so much treble 8 khz to 20khz
