Nope, there's no way.
You can play them only on Reason or Recycle.
But you can Re-Wire Cubase to Reason, or to export the samples.

Or to import the samples directly to cubase. It supports importing .rx2 audio files. |

Just import the .rx2 to an audio track. The sample will open "sliced".
Is that what u want to do?

create a new audio track..and drag the file into your track..done done done |

and what about if that rex file is inside one of those reason refills (rfl), i there any way to import it in cubase..??

As far as I know - no. What I'd do is make a Reason song that just contained the loop, export it as audio, load that audio file into Recycle, chop it up, export it as a REX file and load THAT into Cubase. You can also load the file you exported from Reason straight into Cubase and chop it up there, but personally I'm not confident with the accuracy of the hitpoint detection in SX.

to recycle from recycle to cubase is there anyplace
to find rex files?
